Our school, Colegiul Economic Buzau will be soon 100 years old. It was established in1922.
Colegiul Economic Buzau is an economics college in the south east of Romania. Having an ECONOMIC PROFILE with emphasis on business studies, it is quite popular all over our region.
Now, we are a quite big school with 950 students and 70 teachers.
During the years we took part in some projects on line that have to do with human rights and migration such as Global teenager Project with students and teachers from 3 continents, working together in learning circles on different topics in English, French, German.Also we were very active in E Twinning projects.
Also we were a very active partner in a transnational project developed by Agenda 21, a quite big NGO on topics of human rights: Parlez vous global. And with them we also developed EATHINK project about a healthy life style.
We were present from the beginning in Comenius projects, Leonardo projects, Grundtvig projects and in Erasmus+ projects.
We are a School Ambasador of European Parliament.
We have an experience with international projects for 25 years. Students and teachers were involved in various international projects face to face and on line. Due to this our school is an European school since 2004.
